Born in the sun-soaked valleys of Peru, the Pisco Sour is the continent’s most-loved cocktail — and somehow still its best-kept secret. Bright lime, real Andean pisco, a whisper of silky foam. We made it taste as good from the can as it does at the best bar in Lima. Refreshingly zesty, unfairly smooth, and a sessionable 6.9%.
